Is it legal to install an Injen Cold Air Intake in a 07 or 08 scion tC. Meaning will it pass emissions/smog tests?

I dont think Texas has any emission laws. So i wouldnt worry too much about it being illegal or not. Worse that can happen is a cop tells you to take it off and pay a fix it ticket, and then you can just put it back on. :] Just get the intake, you wont need to have a smog check for years to come, and when you do just take the intake off and put the stock one on.

what would give me the most horsepower? a short ram injen intake or a cold air injen intake?

05 GLI auto with following upgrades: upsolute 93 oct ecu tune forge 007 DV forge TIP 3" turboback exhaust neuspeed p-flo intake godspeed type M FMIC I am wanting to know if my tiptronic trans can handle a k04 turbo upgrade, or am I already pushing my luck with the upgrades I have? Im not sure what my current HP #s are, are there any upgrades I can do to beef up my stock tranny or would I be better off trying to do a manual swap??? Please help!! I have the money for the turbo upgrade, NEED ADVICE!!! Thanks

I have a 2005 toyota tundra v6. I was wondering if it was hard to install a remote starter kit. Do you have to bypass the alarm? What are some good brands to look for?? factory or self-installation. Please give me some info. thanks

remote start systems and car alarm systems are extremely difficult to install for a novice, especially on vehicles made in the last ten or so years. not trying to burst your bubble or anything but if you have never installed these types of electronics into a vehicle you should really consider taking the truck to a professional shop.

Nope.......they will not fit without modifications to the suspension.

So theres this Tamiya Toyota Tundra that I really want. Only, the problem is... I have no experience in building these models. I checked on the Tamiya website, and they say the rtr version will be about 2 300 U.S .But does anyone know when? The damn thing died on me It slipped now it stayed on 2nd gear and it turns off when i Brake. I dont let anyone use it and I never abuse of the truck. Mechanci told me is the discs so my question is this!???? I am shoppin around for Discs (COMPLETE CLUTCH KIT) and I see som racing Clutches Can I install this clutch to my truck without havin to modify anything? or it requires modifications to it?? I was wondering because I found prices about the same so maybe a racing one might go smooth.

2" up. A 2" inch lift will give you enough to add 33" tires on it and it will still look great.

Extremely Strange Reoccuring Vivid Dream/Nightmare?

I have this dream that usually happens when I am sick/feeling unwell. It always goes through the following stages: The room starts out as a very small room but quickly stretches to a huge room; too large for me to reach the other side. It then stretches even larger and soon the room itself turns so large that it eventually disappears and I falling and later I'm floating around in a black abyss. Then a bunch of cubes appear and something about them terrifies me.They later duplicate and more appear from nowhere. Some times they appear to be very far but in a quick moment race towards me until they are extremely close to me. I try and get rid of them but just can't. I often have trouble waking up. The sensation of each stage is very frightening and gives me a feeling of hopelessness. The feeling gets worse as it progresses towards the cubes. The really strange thing is that this vivid nightmare almost always starts to happen while my eyes are open, staring at the pitch blackness. If anyone knows/thinks why this dream keeps occurring, or what it means, please respond. Thanks!

well you say it happens when you feel sick, so you probably feel really uneasy. so this dream is probably a way of your brain of sorting out why you feel uneasy. this is interesting, i gave it a star! hope it helps :)

i had the strangest dream..?

i had the strangest dream last night. I'm living in a nice, quiet city, with my friend. and then, this woman who's wearing all black comes into my house, and says that something horrible is coming. and so me and the woman go off to the nearest resturaunt/bar to tell everyone in there that the world is ending and something is coming. but none of them believe us. and in the bar this girl named annie keeps yelling that we're stupid and that we're lying, and so the woman got upset, and locked the girl in this HUGE vault thing, and promises her that we'll come get her as soon as the city believes us and suddenly there's like huge puddles of water on the ground, that are growing, and so everything becomes silent. the woman jumps up on this stage and screams "you must believe me. something is coming. we must escape this city!!" the people there believe her this time, and like 2,000 people start walking in one direction. then me and the woman run to get my friend, and to unlock the girl from the vault. but then the vault starts to pour out water, and the girl in the vault is freaking out, and so the woman gives me this piece of white paper, with pink things stuck on them, and tells me that their called sticky feet, and so i climb to the top of the vault and open it from there. the girl in the vault starts to run with the people. so me and my friend, who's name is Hailey, we start running too, to get to the front of the crowd. and we make it to the freeway, where there are no cars for some reason. so we're walking, and there's like another whole group of people on the second level of the freeway, and everyone's become frantic and stufff. then one by one everyone starts to scream, and me and Hailey are looking at whatever's making them scream, and we see that its a huge white boxcar (like those cars that look like a box), racing towards us. and right behind the boxcar is this also huge white racecar, that's speeding right behind. and we're all crouched in the corner. then there's suddenly these small white feathers, falling from somewhere, and they start to blow up, like bombs. so the woman appears from behind me and my friend, and i tell her to give us bomb shields. she pulls out these 10 shields, that look like a hectagon, that are encrusted with two single red rubies in the center. we use those to protect ourselves from the bombs, and start to run. by then its started to rain, a LOT, enough to flood the whole city. and so everyone starts runnning and running, trying to get to safety. the woman has disappeared, but she left me and my friend rollerblades, so we put them on and we skate and skate as hard as we can. and then, the white boxcar and the white racecar starts to chase us, and we keep rollerblading through the rain. there's this big exit, like an exit out of a freeway, to another city, and so me and my friend go through there. then we get back to the city that i lived in. everything is ruined, like the big stage is broken and the bar is all destroyed, but the sky is blue overhead, and the sun is shining, and we're the only people there, in the city. then i woke up. this has got to be the strangest dream i've ever had. i've had this dream more than once, maybe twice, but this was so vivid and clear when i woke up, and it kinda freaks me out. can anyone interpret this dream for me?
